One child under 12 years old without an extra bed can stay free of charge on a room-only basis.
Breakfast is free of charge for children under 5 years old, 100 THB for 5~10 years old, and 200 THB for children over 11 years old.

Peak season (December 20th ~ January 10th) surcharges are applicable as follows:
750 THB (superior, deluxe)
1,500 THB (the suite)

Cancellation Policy

Low Season (May - Oct): Confirmed bookings cancelled or modified within 10 working days of arrival will be subject to be a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's room rate. Cancellation within 5 working days or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge (to customer).
High Season (Nov - Apr): Confirmed bookings cancelled or modified within 30 working days of arrival or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge (to customer).
Peak Season (20 Dec - 11 Jan): Confirmed bookings cancelled or modified within 45 working days of arrival or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge (to customer).
Handling Charge: In addition to the above, cancellation after payment is subject to an additional administrative fee of 400 THB.
