Their aim is to make life more comfortable, especially for long-stay guests. However, all guests will benefit from improvements like the new pool side bar, adding to the charm of the hotel's seaside area.

Breakfast is not included during long weekends and the peak season
Peak Season and Songkran Period requires minimum 3 nights stay
During Long Weekends, there is a 2-nights minimum stay and a surcharge of 300 THB (superior), 400 THB (deluxe), 600 THB ( 2 bedroom garden view), and 1,000 THB ( 2 bedroom sea view)
Extra bed = 600 THB including breakfast (400 THB for children between 5 and 12 years old)

Cancellation Policy

Low Season (May - Oct): Confirmed bookings cancelled or modified within 10 working days of arrival will be subject to be a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's room rate. Cancellation within 5 working days or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge (to customer).
High Season (Nov - Apr): Confirmed bookings cancelled or modified within 30 working days of arrival or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge (to customer).
Peak Season (20 Dec - 11 Jan): Confirmed bookings cancelled or modified within 45 working days of arrival or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge (to customer).
Handling Charge: In addition to the above, cancellation after payment is subject to an additional administrative fee of 400 THB.
