Boutique or Beach hotels (on/near the beach)
If you're looking for a relaxing holiday on the beach, then we recommend a small boutique hotel or beach hotel.
If you want an active holiday with shopping, dining at various restaurants, and sightseeing, downtown hotels near the town centre may be the best choice for you.
If you really feel like coddling yourself, consider a stay at one of Hua Hin's luxury hotels, where you can find the sort of personal service you deserve.
Condotels, which come complete with kitchen facilities, would be suitable and reasonable if you are staying longer than 2 weeks.
But if you're staying for more than a month . . .
Hua Hin provides various types of properties for rent, although there is more demand than supply in the market. Nonetheless, if you are staying in Hua Hin for more than a month, it would be much more reasonable and maybe more convenient to consider renting a house/condominium rather than paying hotel rates.More than a year
Foreigners can buy a condominium under their own name. Buying a house with land is slightly more complicated but there are several options such as buying through a limited company or leasing the property (up to 90 years) -- which is becoming more and more popular.
