Compulsory Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Dinner 6,500 THB and 8,500 THB per person respectively (half price for children).
During Chinese New Year (07/02 ~ 11/02/2008) and Songkran (12/04 - 16/04/2008), a surcharge of 1,000 THB per night applies.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season (May - Oct): Confirmed bookings cancelled or modified within 10 working days of arrival will be subject to be a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's room rate. Cancellation within 5 working days or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge (to customer).
High Season (Nov - Apr): Confirmed bookings cancelled or modified within 30 working days of arrival or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge (to customer).
Peak Season (20 Dec - 11 Jan): Confirmed bookings cancelled or modified within 45 working days of arrival or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge (to customer).
Handling Charge: In addition to the above, cancellation after payment is subject to an additional administrative fee of 400 THB.
